For the Neuhegi house in the Winterthur region, we are looking for immediately or by agreement a Healthcare Specialist CFC 80-100% Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Participation in the care process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for assigned residents • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the intergroup network for the quality of care • Autonomous assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to follow these courses (covered) • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German orally and in writing Why Tertianum?
