Team Leader Civil Engineering – Art Structures & Infrastructures (M/F) Your responsibilities: Lead and motivate your teams on infrastructure construction sites (roads, bridges, art structures, networks). Organize daily work and ensure an efficient distribution of tasks. Read and interpret technical plans, longitudinal/transverse profiles, and documents related to civil engineering works. Supervise the execution of works: Earthworks Formwork and concreting of art structures Laying of pipes and networks Laying of chambers, manholes, etc... Road works (foundations, curbs, coatings) Ensure strict adherence to SUVA safety standards and internal procedures. Control the quality of the work carried out and ensure its conformity. Monitor the progress of the construction site and report information to the works manager. Manage equipment, site needs, and primary supplies. We expect: Diploma as a team leader in civil engineering or equivalent training. CFC as a road builder, foundation builder, masonry GC or equivalent experience. Confirmed experience as a team leader on civil engineering construction sites. Mastery of techniques related to art structures and infrastructure works. Natural leadership, ability to lead and enforce instructions. Good knowledge of safety standards and current standards in Switzerland. Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility. Good mastery of French, spoken and written. Category B driver's license essential. Key skills: Team management and organization of civil engineering construction sites. Reading of art structure plans and technical documents. Quality orientation and respect for deadlines. Reliability, precision, and initiative. Good communication and team spirit.
