Your mission ###

As a true artisan of taste, you will participate in the manufacture of quality products and contribute to making the bakery department a space recognized for its know-how and attractiveness.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Ensure the artisanal manufacture of breads, pastries, and bakery specialties in compliance with quality standards
• Rigorously apply recipes, manufacturing processes, and fermentation times
• Perform baking while guaranteeing regularity, quality, and freshness of products
• Showcase a careful and attractive offer within the sales area
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and good professional practices

Your profile ###

A passionate professional, you combine technical skill, high standards, and a sense of doing a job well.

You possess:

• A baker training or confirmed experience in production
• A solid mastery of bread-making techniques and artisanal methods
• An eye for detail and high standards regarding the quality of finished products
• An ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork
• Schedule flexibility, particularly for early morning hours and weekend work
