Administrator: Disposition Piano Tunings and Piano Sales 60% Your sound world: Disposition & scheduling of piano tunings/piano sales: Planning, coordination, and monitoring of piano tunings for private customers, institutions, music schools, and concert organizers Creating, adjusting, and managing appointments for our piano builders and piano tuners Optimizing route planning (regions, travel times, priorities) for efficient on-site deployment Recording and maintaining orders in the system as well as ensuring flawless data quality Support for piano/grand piano rentals Conducting advisory meetings for digital pianos and pianos Customer service & administration: Receiving customer inquiries (by phone and in writing) regarding piano tunings and service Advising customers on appointments, prices, and procedures Written confirmation of appointments as well as sending reminders and information Maintaining customer master data and documenting special requests or peculiarities of the instruments Interface to technology & sales: Close collaboration with piano builders and the sales team Passing on relevant information about instruments, special orders, and time constraints Coordinating additional services (e.g., repairs, intonations, transports) in consultation with the specialist departments Teamwork & organization: Supporting the further development and optimization of disposition processes Assisting with internal evaluations and statistics (e.g., utilization, route overview) Participating in internal meetings and exchanging ideas to improve customer and service quality Willingness to take on other administrative tasks in the piano/disposition area if needed Your tool: Completed commercial training or professional experience in a comparable administrative function Outstanding organizational talent and enjoyment of scheduling and coordination High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact (by phone and in writing) Good German language skills in word and writing, additional languages an advantage Proficient handling of MS Office/ERP systems You work reliably, precisely, and maintain an overview even in hectic moments You appreciate teamwork as well as independent work You are familiar with pianos and digital pianos and play the piano yourself You are very flexible and versatile You can look forward to: Work-life balance 5 weeks of paid vacation, possibility of unpaid leave Opportunity to actively participate in projects and work processes Large, attractive workplace near the train station with plenty of design freedom Development Room for development Independent work Support in profession-related further training Financial benefits Good social benefits - KTG contributions are covered by Musik - 100% salary continuation in case of illness or accident for 3 months Various employee discounts Half-fare SBB Do you share your passion with us?
