To strengthen its "Netze" department, FMV is looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Responsible for Real Estate and Easements 80% -100% In this role, you will work in the pipelines area of the "Netze" department. Your mission You are responsible for negotiations with private landowners, authorities and other stakeholders in connection with high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects. You secure easements and rights of way, regulate compensation and represent the interests of the companies in permit procedures as well as in objections. Furthermore, you look after and manage the real estate and land portfolio of the companies, including rentals, leases as well as purchase and sale negotiations. You also commit yourself to similarly situated topics of the Production department. The position requires negotiation skills, assertiveness as well as sound knowledge in the field of land, real estate and contract management. Your profile Commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent training Several years of experience in administrative and coordinative activities Experience in contact with landowners, authorities, municipalities and external partners Knowledge or experience in the field of real estate, easements, land register or rights of way Editorial skills Basic technical and legal understanding Self-initiative in solution development Negotiation skills Empathy Ability to work both independently and in a team Native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language (at least B2) Why work with us?
