Resin and Waterproofing Team Leader (M/F)

As part of the development of our Sigma Temporaire - Travaux spéciaux - bâtiment & génie civil department, we are supporting a leading Swiss company specializing in technical synthetic resin coatings, waterproofing, concrete protection, and special works. Active on projects with high technical added value, this company operates on industrial works, car parks, administrative buildings, public infrastructures, as well as civil engineering projects. Recognized for its expertise and the quality of its achievements, it implements high-performance systems based on epoxy resins, polyurethane, and other innovative technical solutions. In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for a Resin Team Leader (M/F), capable of managing technical construction sites with autonomy, rigor, and leadership. Your mission: Supervise and coordinate a team of applicators specialized in resin coatings. Organize and prepare construction sites in collaboration with construction management. Plan interventions and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety rules. Control substrate preparation work (sanding, shot blasting, planing, repair, and concrete restoration). Supervise the preparation and mixing of different resin systems. Ensure and control the application of epoxy resins, polyurethane, and multi-layer systems. Work on industrial floor coatings, car parks, balconies, terraces, technical rooms, and civil engineering works. Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Manage material needs, supplies, and daily monitoring of construction sites. Be the primary contact for clients, representatives, and construction managers on site. Train and support team members to guarantee a high level of competence and professionalism. We expect: Significant experience in the field of resin coatings, waterproofing, or special works. Successful experience as a team leader or in a similar function. Excellent mastery of epoxy and polyurethane resins as well as substrate preparation techniques. Strong organizational skills and true field leadership. A trustworthy person, passionate about their profession and concerned with doing a good job. A rigorous, autonomous personality with an excellent sense of responsibility. Perfect mastery of safety rules on construction sites. Driving license indispensable.
