To strengthen our educational teams in different structures in the canton of Vaud (Est, Nord and Lausanne regions), we are recruiting: Social Educators. Salary class: 7 (this scale is understood to be valid prerequisites, otherwise the classification is done at the level of class -1) Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD - after the CDD, if your profile matches, a CDI can be considered). Activity rate: 80% Place of work: Est region, Nord vaudois region or Lausanne region Start of activity: as soon as possible Your role at the heart of our mission In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and with internal and external partners, you are an essential pillar for: Providing a secure and welcoming living environment for young Unaccompanied Minors. Encouraging their autonomy and social integration to prepare their future. Accompanying them in the realization of their personal projects and their transition to an independent life. Your main responsibilities Supporting young people in their daily lives, from managing everyday tasks to implementing their ambitions. Maintaining a harmonious organization within the structure, respecting legal and institutional frameworks. Proposing and leading socio-educational activities to promote their collective development. Collaborating with a network of key partners to enrich the accompaniment. Managing administrative aspects related to beneficiary monitoring. Let's talk about you and your skills You hold a HES diploma in social education, (if foreign diploma equivalent, SEFRI recognition required) You have at least 5 years of experience with adolescents, ideally in an interdisciplinary context or in an educational apartment. The field of migration and the accompaniment of young people in transition passion you. You know the canton of Vaud and have previous professional experience in the canton. You master English or other languages (a valuable asset!). You are familiar with common office tools and have a driver's license.
