Tasks: ##

• Technical advice to Swiss service providers and partners during the diagnosis and repair of refrigeration and freezing appliances
• Communication between Swiss customers and production sites in Germany, Austria, and Bulgaria or close cooperation with international plants, quality departments, and product management teams to handle complex technical issues
• Statistical evaluations to check service quality and the development of failure frequency
• Recording of complaint cases into the quality management system
• Monitoring the KPIs of service providers and partners
• Support in the planning and implementation of technical training or conducting technical product training and technical know-how transfer for service partners
• Creation of maintenance programs (IQ/OQ)
• Support of maintenance and troubleshooting of any kind in the area of our Home Appliances
• Collaboration in spare parts management (planning, ordering, delivery)
• Conducting error analyses (troubleshooting) as well as recommending suitable repair measures and technical solutions
• Receipt, inspection, and processing of service and repair orders
• Monitoring and tracking ongoing service orders until successful completion
• Ensuring the correct transfer of billing-relevant information to the responsible specialist departments
• Conducting service partner visits, audits, and technical assessments to ensure defined quality standards
• Active participation in projects for the continuous improvement of service processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications: ##

• Successfully completed training in a technical field or further training as a technician in the field of electrical or refrigeration technology
• Experience in administrative tasks such as ticket, complaint, and order processing
• Very good IT skills (MS-Dynamics, MS-Office) and experience with an ERP system are an advantage, preferably LN-Infor
• With the help of the CRM of MS Dynamics, you handle your «Daily Business»
• Affinity for «Smart» applications, advice, and assistance for digital solutions
• Very good German, English, and French skills
