Project Manager Architecture 80 - 100 %

Around 60 employees develop, plan and realize high-quality projects for private and public clients. The project management leads the interdisciplinary planning team through all SIA sub-phases -- from the feasibility study to the handover -- and maintains budget, deadlines and quality.

Your tasks

• Coordination and leadership of the interdisciplinary planning team
• Independent management of diverse construction projects in all SIA sub-phases from feasibility to handover
• Collaboration with the client, achieving milestones
• Compliance with budget, deadlines and quality
• Focus on execution planning and realization
• Use of ArchiCAD and tender software (Messerli)

Your profile

• Completed studies in Architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
• At least six years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in execution planning and realization, with leadership responsibility
• Project management and integration skills
• Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational skills
• Initiative, reliability, accuracy, forward-thinking
• Confident handling of ArchiCAD and Messerli
• Sense for architecture
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
