Senior Mandate Manager - Limited Statutory Examination, Accounting and Taxation (M/F)

Certified fiduciary expert or certified public accountant

Our fiduciary company is looking for an experienced professional to take over a portfolio of mandates and support a clientele of SMEs and individuals.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct limited statutory examination mandates, including complex files: planning, risk identification, performance of controls, documentation of conclusions, and preparation of reports.
• Ensure the bookkeeping or supervision of accounting and the preparation of annual closings for SMEs.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and legal entities, follow up on tax assessments, and handle requests from tax authorities.
• Prepare salary slips as well as salary certificates and report them to the social security funds.
• Accompany managers in their accounting and tax questions and explain results as well as points requiring a decision.
• Manage assigned mandates autonomously, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with other mandate managers, transmit your knowledge, and supervise delegated work.

Profile description ##

Your profile

• Federal diploma of fiduciary expert or public accountant, with proven practice in Swiss accounting and taxation.
• Active ASR authorization, at least as an auditor.
• Significant experience in Swiss fiduciary services and in the autonomous conduct of complex limited statutory examination mandates.
• Mastery of SME closings and tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
• Rigor, professional judgment, and ability to document your analyses and conclusions.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing actively to teamwork.
• Sense of responsibility, discretion, and ease in client relations.
• Ability to identify your limits and request technical exchange when the stakes justify it.

The position
You will take over an existing portfolio and carry out varied activities combining limited statutory examination, accounting, taxation, and support for SMEs.

Workplace: Sion

Activity rate: 80% to 100%
