STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer AEAI Job Description Your mission: As a STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer, you will join a team of specialists in the field of health, occupational safety and fire safety. Your mission will be to develop the areas of CFST in the broad sense and ensure the conformity of the services delivered to clients. You will report directly to the F4S Management and safety engineers, and work closely with the various specialists within the company. Your main tasks: Conducting STPS and fire safety compliance audits at clients' premises Analyzing professional risks and establishing mandatory safety documents (MSST system audit, hazard determination, evacuation plans, fire protection concepts, etc.) Proposing prevention solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client Leading training sessions on occupational health and safety for clients (employees and managers), and as part of our training courses Organizing and supervising evacuation exercises Evaluating the conformity of fire protection installations and equipment Writing expert reports and detailed technical recommendations Supporting clients in the implementation of our CFST solution Ensuring follow-up of action plans and respect for deadlines Collaborating with the competent authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labour inspections and fire police) Maintaining regulatory watch on the evolution of the legal bases related to SST Representing the company to clients and contributing to its reputation for expertise Why join us? Profile sought Qualifications: STPS Specialist Certificate AEAI Fire Safety Officer Certificate with continuous training Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an occupational safety specialist in Switzerland and fire safety, in a company with specific hazards and fire protection In-depth knowledge of legal provisions related to occupational safety, health protection and fire safety Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written, and technical knowledge in English Knowledge of German: an asset Flexibility in geographical mobility to meet client needs (mainly canton of Geneva) Driving license (car/scooter) Swiss nationality or valid permit Skills and competencies: Excellent sense of organisation and priority management Strong analytical capacity Sense of responsibility Ability to adapt and anticipate Pragmatism and solution-oriented approach Ability to work in a team and autonomously Entregent
