Requirement profile:

• completed apprenticeship as Precision Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable training
• several years of professional experience in production
• profound experience in the programming of 3D measuring machines
• good knowledge of measuring and testing technology as well as the associated standards
• further training AUKOM Form & Position is an advantage
• good German skills in speaking and writing
• careful, independent and reliable way of working

Tasks:

• Programming a 3D measuring machine
• Carrying out 3D measurements in intermediate and final inspection
• Conception of clamping devices
• Incoming inspection of our precision parts according to inspection instructions
• Documenting the inspection results
• Supporting our dental team in operating the Vicivision measuring machine as well as the contour measuring machine
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes and quality standards
