Job description You will be responsible for: Changeovers of series, setup adjustments, collets and tooling, dimension adjustment, startup of Hermle brand machining centers, DMG CTX lathes, Studer S41 and S141 grinders Machining and inspection of manufactured parts (single parts, and very small series), Precise inspections with traditional workshop inspection tools, 3D inspection and optical inspection depending on the parts. Small manual finishing of tooling, and assembly of the latter. First-level maintenance. Position in 2x8 and 3x8 shifts Profile sought Hold a CFC in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, professional BAC or BTS in mechanical production Have had a successful first experience of several years in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of Watchmaking. Knowledge in the manufacture of punches and stamping dies is a plus. Excellent knowledge in reading plans. Good knowledge in the use of inspection tools including digital inspection tools. Have a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions. Be comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring. Good vision to respect visual inspections of manufactured parts.
