Operations Specialist:in Taxes International (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us Operational processing of FATCA-, QI- and other tax regulatory issues regarding documentation, withholding, reporting, and reconciliation Review, recording, and maintenance of tax customer documentation in our core banking system Avaloq Processing and analysis of large data sets as well as performing data quality checks Support in process optimizations and in the further development of systems and internal control systems Testing of new implementations and processes Collaboration with Compliance, Operations, Customer Consulting, and IT Assumption of ad-hoc tasks in the area of International Taxes What you bring Interest in international tax regulations; knowledge of FATCA, QI, CRS/AIA or US tax law is an advantage Ability to work independently on regulatory and system-related topics Strong affinity for numbers, data, processes, and systems Very good Excel skills, particularly in handling large data sets and advanced functions such as pivot tables Independent, structured, and reliable working method with a high sense of responsibility Good German and English skills in word and writing Your benefits with us More time for you With us, cantonal and regional holidays are paid.
