To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate Junior IT System Engineer (80-100 %) We are looking for an inquisitive personality who thinks ahead, dares to try new things, and moves something with their own ideas. Your tasks: • 1st and 2nd Level Support • On-site customer support • Administration of user accounts, access rights, and Microsoft-365 services • Monitoring of IT systems, including analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions • Collaboration on customer projects Our requirements: • Completed training as Informatiker EFZ, or equivalent training • Support experience is an advantage • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • High resilience and initiative • Driver's license Cat.
