Assistant Production & Logistics Manager (animal feed) Exciting tasks Coordinate and supervise production activities with the support of team leaders Guarantee product quality as well as compliance with safety requirements and procedures Optimize processes, manufacturing parameters, and plant performance Participate in investment projects and the development of production equipment Accompany, support, and develop team members Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure the availability and reliability of the plants. The required profile CFC miller training or equivalent training in the food industry Proven experience in the manufacturing of animal feed or in an automated industrial environment Experience in managing production processes and leading teams Strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement Autonomous, committed, and solution-oriented personality Proficiency in French; knowledge of German is a real asset, otherwise English.
