Auxiliary security agent (Taxi- Landside) - Genève Aéroport

We are looking for an employee on an auxiliary contract (CDI) to join our Taxi mission as a security agent. As an auxiliary security agent, you are responsible for: Welcoming, orienting and informing travelers, Ensuring compliance with LTVTC laws (TAXI and VTC), Managing queues and smoothing access to the Taxi station Regulating pedestrian flows and traffic around the Taxi station Writing infraction reports for vehicles that do not respect the laws (Sworn personnel only), Writing reports (fines) for civilian vehicles that do not respect the Road Traffic Law, in the various parking lots near the mission, Managing conflicts between customers or with taxi/VTC drivers, Managing traffic at the entrance or exit of parking P2 in case of a traffic jam, Managing critical or sensitive situations (Accidents, illness, suspicious objects). All shifts, with a duration of eight hours, are carried out 7days/7days, regardless of weather conditions (Heat, cold). Good stress management is essential, especially during periods of high attendance and the simultaneous arrival of several flights. The agents have a regulatory unpaid break of 30 minutes. Your profile: We are looking for a person with good physical and mental condition, adapted to the requirements of the position. The ability to work in a stable, reliable manner and in demanding environments is essential. You are: Comfortable with teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills, Sense of service, diplomacy and firmness, Leadership, confidence and ability to enforce instructions, Proactivity, autonomy and sense of responsibility, Comfortable with outdoor work and irregular hours, French (Native language), English: minimum A2 level, B2 preferred, Any other language is an asset. We offer you the following conditions: Remuneration is in accordance with the CCT for private security services: CHF 24.70 gross per hour Holiday allowance of 8.33%, calculated on the hours worked in the month.
