Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Inside Sales at the Luzern location

Job description * Independent creation of quotation calculations and offers for demanding construction projects in the field of sun protection (venetian blinds, awnings, roller shutters etc.). * Holistic object processing in the assigned sales area in Western Switzerland (creation of offers and supplements, invoicing, dunning, etc.). * Technical clarifications and commercial processing of customer inquiries. * Responsibility for receivables and complaint management, as well as invoice verification and creation of credit notes. * Maintenance and administration of customer master data in the CRM system * Close cooperation with sales, project processing as well as our headquarters in Germany Qualifications * You have a completed commercial or technical education * You speak and write German fluently * French language skills at least level B1 * High teamwork and communication skills as well as commitment * Customer-oriented, structured and independent way of working * Technical affinity and enjoyment of versatile tasks * Good MS Office knowledge, CRM and ERP experience desirable Additional Information Do you find yourself in the tasks and the sought profile?
