Responsibility for billing, accounts receivable, and the establishment of a Shared Service Center
Affidea Schweiz belongs to the leading European Affidea Group and is continuously growing. To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for a committed leader who combines operational responsibility with process optimization and leadership.
In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for accounts receivable and support the establishment of our national Shared Service Center.
Your tasks
Functional responsibility for billing and accounts receivable
Ensuring correct billing according to TARDOC, DRG, and VVG
Participation in daily operational business (invoicing, collections, month-end closings)
Establishment and further development of a Shared Service Center
Leadership, coaching, and development of the accounts receivable team
Collaboration with insurance companies, hospitals, and internal stakeholders
Optimization and digitalization of processes
Further development of our ERP systems
Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable
• Further training in finance or accounting
• Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Leadership experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Opale is an advantage)
• German and French at a very good level
• English skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mentality
• High social competence
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
