To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a reliable, exact, and pragmatically acting personality with sound payroll know-how who will actively help shape the further development of payroll processes.

Your area of responsibility

• Independent responsibility for monthly payroll processing, including control and plausibility checks of salary changes, variable compensation, and deductions
• Competent contact person for employees and managers in all payroll and HR matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Administrative and payroll-relevant processing of entries and exits as well as mutations, including correct final settlements
• Processing of social insurance, withholding taxes, absences, as well as pension and insurance topics in close cooperation with external bodies
• Execution of year-end processes, payroll reports, and statutory declarations, as well as creation of reports on personnel costs and HR key figures
• Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of payroll and HR processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with advanced training in the HR or payroll field (e.g., HR specialist certificate, social insurance specialist certificate, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a Payroll Specialist in a Swiss company
• Confident handling of work permits and the payroll-relevant specifics of cross-border commuters
• Good knowledge of HR, payroll, and time management systems; experience with Infoniqa 200, Infoniqa HCM, DocuWare, PSI BDE/PZ, PSI BDE/PZ-ESS, BSD ZUKO, or Zeugnismanager is an advantage
• Exact, structured, and independent way of working, combined with high service orientation and discretion
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
