Dispatcher / Assistant Sales Manager (m/f) 100%

What you bring with you:

• Motivated and independent personality
• Experience in the automotive industry and dispatching
• Experience with the Škoda or Ford brand is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers
• Completed vocational training as a commercial employee is an advantage
• High readiness for service and flexibility
• Reliable and precise way of working

Your tasks are:

• Various dispatching tasks (processing orders, ordering and de-registering vehicles, managing discounts and premiums)
• Vehicle accounting and invoicing
• Sales support
• Support with marketing activities and exhibitions
• Assistance in the training of commercial apprentices
• Support of the sales management in day-to-day operations
• Creation, maintenance and preparation of sales documents, offers and reportings
• Planning and organization of vehicle handovers as well as coordination with workshop, dispatching and marketing
