Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)

What you can achieve: As a member of the Maintenance department at the GE Vernova production site in Birr, you will contribute as a maintenance mechanic to support the department in production and demonstrate your initiative. Requirements: • Independent failure analysis and repair of complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on production machines • Carrying out preventive maintenance work on machine equipment • Installing, testing, and documenting improvements or modifications after repairs or preventive maintenance • Identifying and resolving cause and weakness analyses to reduce machine failures What you should bring (basic qualifications): • Completed training as a Polymechaniker specializing in maintenance or comparable experience • Crane operator's license • Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage What distinguishes you?: • Independent, structured way of working and good analytical skills • Customer-oriented, efficient team player with high commitment • Willingness to work shifts and on-call duty What we offer you: Employees at GE Vernova take on the challenge of contributing to the creation of a world that is doing well.
