With almost 100'000 members, around 300 athletes and approximately 250 employees from eleven snow sports and around 700 clubs in 12 regional associations, Swiss-Ski is one of the largest sports associations in Switzerland. Your tasks • Substantive and organizational cooperation in the areas of fundraising, communication and member administration • Preparation of the foundation board meetings incl. pre-selection of athlete and project applications • Identification of funding partners and creation of funding applications for Swiss-Ski projects • Management of the communication channels (website, LinkedIn, presentations) • Active contact maintenance with partners and patrons, incl. representation tasks and hospitality • Taking over administrative tasks within the Relationship department, especially correspondence, email processing and minute-taking Your profile • completed higher vocational training or comparable commercial training (non-profit management, sports management, communication or business administration) • initial professional experience, ideally in the NGO or foundation environment • independent, structured way of working with high quality awareness and strong teamwork skills • open, strong-communication appearance as well as joy in contact with partners and patrons • flexibility for occasional evening and weekend assignments • native German or French with fluent knowledge of the respective other language, good English skills #swissskiteam - powered by emotions A diverse and dynamic working environment awaits you, in which you can contribute your skills, your passion for snow sports and your personality and benefit from numerous benefits.
