It seeks to secure the collaboration of a ASSISTANT·E DE DIRECTION – ASSISTANT·E RH 60% CDI Your responsibilities You assist the director in all administrative and organizational tasks inherent to the management and operation of an institution, composed of about thirty employees. You participate in management meetings with partners and ensure the keeping of minutes. You ensure the director's correspondence and organize documentary supports. You apply the personnel policy. You perform tasks related to human resources, you ensure the management of working time and absences, as well as social insurance in perfect autonomy without support service. You ensure the personnel recruitment process and organize entries into function. You are the manager of the computer park and supplies. Your profile You benefit from commercial training (or equivalent title) preferably completed by the federal certificate of assistant·e de direction. Experience in a similar position is an asset. You are versatile, endowed with a keen sense of responsibility and priorities. You are flexible and have rigor in your tasks, you also show discretion and integrity. You have excellent writing skills and master usual computer tools. Your judicial record is clean. Entry into function: September 1st, 2026 or to be agreed.
