To strengthen our team in the Visual area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (m/f/d), 100%, at the Aarau location as of 01.10.2026. ##

Your responsibility

• You support the planning and coordination of visual concepts in the areas of Non Food, supermarket and restaurant.
• You successfully implement visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the shop windows (incl. lighting).
• You independently carry out renovations, events and projects.
• You regularly perform quality controls for the implementation of visual merchandising (price labeling etc.).
• You are responsible for managing the ordering process for visual material.
• You support the Visual Manager in the personnel leadership of the visual team.
• You supervise the apprentices in their training as Polydesigner 3D / Polydesignerin 3D.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training as a Dekorationsgestalterin EFZ or as a Polydesignerin 3D EFZ.
• You have successfully completed the vocational trainer course.
• You have an affinity for fashion and know the current trends.
• You have a very good spatial imagination.
• You possess good manual skills and have a hands-on mentality.
• You bring a good understanding of colors and shapes as well as their combinations.
• You have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and are well-versed in all common Office applications.
• You have a quick grasp, especially in the digital environment.
• You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
