The SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham belongs to the Swiss Canonica Group, an established company with operations in gastronomy, hotels, retail, and production. The group includes, among other things, restaurants, bars, shops, and chocolate boutiques at Geneva International Airport, as well as its own laundry and chocolate production. The SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham is the first of its kind and serves as a model for future hotel projects of the group. We are looking for a committed, resilient, and organized personality for the position in the service. Your tasks: The tasks of this function include: • Care and service of our guests in the restaurant, bar, and banquet area • Taking orders and serving food and drinks in a professional manner • Ensuring a smooth service process during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet services • Preparation and mise-en-place work in the service area • Advising guests on food and beverage selection • Responsible handling of the cash system and correct billing • Participation in the preparation and implementation of banquets and events • Compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards • Support of the team in all tasks in the service area As a hotel professional, you know that we are open 365 days a year. You work independently, reliably, and organized. Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and convince through a well-groomed appearance and professional manners. Resilience, team ability, and sense of responsibility round out your profile. You have fluent German language skills.
