In the Klinisch Psychologischen Dienst (KPD) of the Universitären Psychiatrischen Zentrum (UPZ) Bern, versatile postgraduate positions await you in different clinical and specialized units such as outpatient clinic and consultations, ambulatory clinics, crisis intervention center, psychotherapy unit, inpatient acute unit, day clinic, community psychiatric center, research, and special programs for psychosis, addiction, depression, and sleep. You will work with patients from a wide diagnostic spectrum, take on increasing responsibility in psychotherapeutic treatment, and expand your competencies in psychological diagnostics. Depending on interest, there is also the possibility to participate in research projects. Thus, the UPZ offers you a demanding environment in which you can deepen your ongoing psychotherapy training in a practical way and purposefully advance your professional development. Your tasks You work psychologically with patients from a wide diagnostic spectrum You conduct individual, couple, and family therapies You lead group psychotherapies as a therapist or as a co-therapist You conduct test-psychological assessments and expert reports on different issues You work closely with various professional groups in an interprofessional treatment team Depending on interest and possibility, you participate in research projects Your profile You have a university degree in psychology, preferably with focuses in psychotherapy, clinical psychology, psychopathology, or neuropsychology You are currently completing psychotherapy training (please mandatory include your proof with your application documents) or have already completed it You possess high social competence and are characterized by reliability You have good German skills in speaking and writing The UPZ The Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) is, as a university clinic, the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
