Your main responsibilities Advice and management of files in labor law and social insurance law Management of issues related to rental law (drafting, analysis and monitoring of contracts) Intervention in commercial law / business law: concession contracts, supplier contracts and partnerships; update of general terms and conditions of sale and use; protection of the group's intellectual property marks Management and optimization of the group's insurance portfolio (health, accident, vehicles, etc.), including the handling of claims and contract monitoring Exercise of the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO): compliance and supervision of the application of data protection legislation (employees, customers, etc.) Legal support for all companies in the group Treatment of legal subjects related to the Holding's other minority holdings (due diligence, investment structuring, share purchase and sale contracts, etc.) Management of disputes and settlement of disputes (piloting and coordination of judicial and arbitration procedures) Legal secretariat and annual documents: preparation and coordination of official meetings, as well as drafting of documents required under the governance obligations of the group's companies (ordinary / extraordinary general meeting, etc.) Legal watch: ensuring regulatory monitoring and guaranteeing the company's compliance with regards to identified developments Sought profile Higher legal education (Bachelor or Master in Law or equivalent) At least 10 years of experience in a generalist legal role, ideally in a group environment Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, commercial law and data protection Fluent French and English essential, German being a highly sought-after asset Very good mastery of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel) Ease with technological tools, in particular artificial intelligence tools applied to law Analytical mind, autonomy, rigor and sense of confidentiality jpiddaf6e33jm jpit0627jm jpiy26jm
