What you can achieve • You take on the technical responsibility for the subject area Data Leakage Prevention and coordinate the DLP specialist team of 5 employees. • You ensure the stable operation of the DLP solutions and guarantee the efficient, quality-compliant processing of DLP incidents. • Through your activity, you protect confidential data of PostFinance and ensure high awareness of employees in handling confidential data. • You further develop the DLP roadmap and implement measures to protect confidential data in a risk-oriented manner. • You represent the specialist area in projects, audits, and committees and work closely with stakeholders from Security, IT, Business, and Compliance. • You ensure up-to-date documentation, meaningful reporting, and effective awareness measures. What you bring with you • Several years of experience in Information Security, ideally in the area of Data Leakage Prevention (DLP). • CAS/MAS in Information Security or a comparable education. • IT background and profound knowledge of information security standards, data protection requirements, and regulatory specifications in the financial environment. • Experience with DLP solutions, data classification, and Microsoft 365. • Experience in audits, risk, process, and agile project management, as well as enjoyment in developing topics strategically. • Pronounced empathy as well as experience in the technical leadership of employees. • Very good German and good English skills.
