YOUR MISSION

• Assist the site manager in the daily management of activities and the monitoring of operations
• Participate in the coordination of the different services and ensure good collaboration between teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and organization
• Monitor quality, productivity, and performance objectives
• Participate in the resolution of operational problems and propose suitable solutions
• Ensure the replacement of the site manager in their absence

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical or higher education in an industrial, technical, or management field
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a position of responsibility
• Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
• Natural leadership, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility
• Mastery of standard IT tools
