• Completed training in ophthalmic optics, ideally as Augenoptiker EFZ or dipl. Augenoptiker
• Leadership experience and joy in developing a team further
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation
• Sales strength and a secure sense for customer needs
• Enthusiasm for ophthalmic optics, fashion, and trends
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a positive appearance
