Responsable Atelier Usinage (H/F)

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Responsable Atelier Usinage (H/F):

You manage a team of 12 people, combining leadership and strong technical expertise; your main responsibilities are as follows:

Management & Organization: Plan, organize and distribute the team's work to guarantee production objectives (deadlines, quality, costs). You support your employees in the development of their skills and their autonomy.

Technical Field Support: Drawing on your own machine experience, you act as the technical referent for the team.

Quality & Problem Solving: Guarantee the strict conformity of components.

Continuous Improvement: Be a source of proposals to optimize machining processes, setups, reduce setup times (SMED) and maintain an optimal working environment (5S).

Profile:

Education: From a technical training in mechanics, microtechnology or machining.

Field Experience: As a Programmer, CNC Setter or Toolmaker, before successfully evolving into a management position.

Soft Skills: You are a hands-on manager ("leader of men"), recognized for your listening skills, your pedagogy, but also your rigor and your ability to make decisions.
