Your tasks ##

In the Human Resources sector, we are looking for interns with a high sense of responsibility and perseverance who, depending on the operational sector, support our teams in the following activities:

• Administrative and organizational support to the HR teams
• Preparation and management of reporting
• Support in updating personnel files
• Issuing contracts and certificates
• Processing incoming mail and correspondence in general

Other tasks may be:

• Managing and ordering material
• Preparing and recording invoices
• Organizing team meetings and gatherings
• Taking minutes of team meetings

What you bring with you ##

• You are attending a commercial middle school; you hold a high school maturity or have already completed basic training and would like to start a career or re-enter the commercial sector
• You are a communicative person, capable of working in a team and available
• You are a person willing to learn and to commit
• You are a discreet person endowed with a sense of responsibility
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office

Commercial or business middle school ###

In the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the school-organized basic education. If you also acquire the Berufsmatura, the access to the university of applied sciences is open to you.

Private commercial school ###

In the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the commercial basic education at a private commercial school. With the EFZ you can enter professional life or attend further education.

Gymnasium / Maturität ###

After the Matura, you gather initial professional experience in the office and thereby fulfill the requirements for a study at a university of applied sciences.
