YOUR TASKS Coordination of the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of all companies and the corresponding reporting using schedules and instructions Plausibility check and verification of these financial statements regarding compliance with various accounting regulations, tax guidelines, and internal instructions Ensuring a continuous improvement process of reporting quality through instructions and training for system operation and accounting matters Preparation of consolidated accounts for the Condair Group including handling questions concerning intercompany reconciliation and elimination of interim profits Advising the finance departments of the group companies and handling special cases in accounting Participation in the revision of Accounting Policies / Directives as well as the internal control system (ICS) Administrator activities and support for the consolidation tool Cognos Controller (including creation of account structures, form creation, custom reports, support with technical questions) as well as training of users Various administrative and supporting tasks in projects WHAT YOU BRING At least 3 years of professional experience in a finance department in an industrial company as well as sound experience in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance, Controlling, Business Administration Very good knowledge of the accounting standards of SWISS GAAP FER Good knowledge of the software IBM Cognos Controller Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP application knowledge Fluent German and English skills Good communication skills and a high degree of initiative Precise way of working, organized and structured WHAT AWAITS YOU You will work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas, in which you can contribute and develop according to your inclinations and abilities.
