In this role, you are responsible for the commercial and technical processing of modernization orders in the field of automatic door systems and ensure timely and economically successful order processing.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the commercial and technical processing of modernization orders in the field of automatic door systems.
• Preparation of offers and orders for the modernization of automatic door systems.
• You ensure that the orders are completed economically successfully for the company.
• Commercial and technical clarification in case of any deviations from the offer in cooperation with the Service Account Manager.
• Responsibility for deadlines.
• Invoicing of orders and additional orders.
• Deputy for the processing of maintenance contracts.
• Complaint management.
• Master data maintenance.

Your profile

• Technical vocational training with further training in the commercial field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Flair for technology.
• Organizational talent and good communication skills.
• Good IT skills (MS Office & SAP knowledge).
• Customer-oriented, independent and motivated personality.
• Excellent German skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Friendly appearance and solution-oriented way of working.
