Tools, systems and networks Administrator Job description The Direction générale de l'enseignement postobligatoire (DGEP) is responsible for training that takes place between the end of compulsory education and higher education. It offers training within 16 gymnases and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than 3'400 employees. In order to reinforce the Unité des systèmes d'information (USI), we are looking for a Mac workstation Administrator. Responsibilities Ensure the proper functioning of the information systems in our MacOS environment by guaranteeing the maintenance and upgrading of various IT components, with an objective of quality, productivity and security. Guarantee support to users and colleagues within their entity as part of incident resolution activities and service request processing. Participate in the design, implementation and deployment phases of projects related to new information systems or the evolution of existing ones. Coordinate the activities of the IT managers / correspondents within the establishments as part of the operations for the exploitation and standardization of information systems. Contribute to the definition of the technical architecture of information systems, standards, dependencies, operating procedures and, depending on the criticality of the information systems, identify actions to ensure service continuity. Mastery of the MacOS environment and Jamf Pro solutions Certification or training in one or more technologies. General technical mastery and 5 years of experience in MacOS fields. Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes. Knowledge of managing a Windows fleet via Microsoft Intune and SCCM would be a plus English reading, speaking and writing (level B2). WHO ARE WE?
