In the case of minor malfunctions, you intervene yourself and contribute ideas for improving the processes. You carefully monitor compliance with our high quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You actively help within the team and contribute to ensuring that everything works hand in hand. What you bring with you You have training in the food sector or you have experience as a machine operator. You also enjoy modern plants and have a good technical understanding. Your reliable, responsible, and careful way of working distinguishes you. Team spirit, openness, and readiness to roll up your sleeves describe you well. You have a high level of hygiene awareness and a sense for quality. With your willingness to work in shift operations (early, late, and night shifts, latest shift until Saturday morning 5.00 am), you show your flexibility and you possess a driver's license and your own vehicle.
