At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Execute inspection tasks autonomously Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Handle various requests and small repairs Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors Manage small repair projects Participation in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks) Your profile: CFC electrical installer mandatory Several years of experience in a similar activity Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Proficiency in French, English an asset Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving license required Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization Ready for us?
