Your mission

At the heart of the workshops, you will support the production and control teams to guarantee the quality of the parts and compliance with customer requirements.

• Provide technical support to production and control teams and prevent deviations.
• Perform the controls and field audits necessary for the proper application of customer requirements and internal standards.
• Analyze defects, search for their causes with the relevant teams, and follow corrective actions until their closure.
• Ensure the follow-up of quality exchanges with the customers within your scope.
• Participate in the updating of control criteria and supports.
• Share your expertise, raise awareness among employees, and propose improvements based on field observations and quality indicators.

Your profile

• Training in the field of quality, technology, or industry, or equivalent practical training.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally in watchmaking or a precision sector.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods and problem-solving.
• Sense of the field, autonomy, and ability to propose solutions.
• Good command of French and standard IT tools.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
