Your tasks As an ICT System Specialist, you ensure the stable operation of the entire IT infrastructure. This includes, among other things, the following core tasks: • Ensuring the entire operation of the IT system and application landscape with around 350 clients and approximately 120 servers incl. network, server, Active Directory and Data Center • Primary responsibility for the support and further development of our M365 environment • Guaranteeing IT security / Cybersecurity using Microsoft Defender as well as other tools such as ZPE Zapp, Burpsuite and Pincastle • Planning and implementation of cloud migrations • Independent receipt and processing of support requests in 2nd Level Support • Further development, continuous optimization and automation of existing systems and applications • Monitoring, coordination and support of interfaces between different systems • Administration and management of the entire IT infrastructure including monitoring, security and backup with a focus on a modern and secure infrastructure and system landscape • Planning and implementation of IT projects • Taking on on-call duties to ensure availability and processing of urgent matters outside of regular working hours Your profile You have completed training in computer science and bring proven experience in IT infrastructure and IT support. You are motivated and enthusiastic about actively shaping our cloud migrations. Additionally, you possess: • Completed apprenticeship in computer science Platform Development EFZ or comparable training with relevant further education • Several years of professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on M365 as well as experience in support • Sound specialist competence in the Windows environment (On-Prem Server, Active-Directory and clients as well as Azure Cloud with EntraID and Intune) as well as network infrastructure, virtualization and Linux. • Experience in the field of Cyber Security as well as knowledge of common security solutions and tools such as Microsoft Defender, Burp Suite or PingCastle • Independent, structured and solution-oriented as well as cooperative way of working and high resilience • Strong communication skills and confident handling of different stakeholders • Good German and English skills Do you feel addressed?
