How you will contribute: * In a varied and exciting working environment, you will lead a team of currently six employees professionally and personally. * You are responsible for developing the team and organizational structures of the new unit Netzbetrieb Gas/Wasser/Wärme and ensuring their sustainability. * Together with your team, you ensure the operation of the pipe networks in the city of Luzern and in other supply areas of ewl. * You plan and monitor maintenance and are responsible for the coordination of tasks as well as the enforcement and further development of standards and norms. * You continuously develop the processes and workflows within the team and at the interfaces to other stakeholders. * Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns regarding all questions about the pipe networks of ewl. * You help shape the maintenance strategy and are responsible for the budget planning of maintenance.
