Socio-educational Assistant (M/F/D) - CDI - 80% - CAT Les Sources The Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. The Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Les Sources in Yverdon-les-Bains has 21 reception places in geriatrics; this reception site is open from Monday to Friday. In this context, we are looking for a: Socio-educational Assistant (M/F/D) - CDI - 80% - CAT Les Sources Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will: to support People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. In collaboration with the team or autonomously, you have the responsibility to prepare and organize daily socio-cultural activities for the People and, of course, to accompany them in their implementation. You are an imaginative person who rejoices in proposing new ideas and making contacts throughout the day. You know that organization and rigor in the transmission of information are indispensable to guarantee the proper functioning of a structure. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS CFC as Socio-educational Assistant 5 years of recognized experience in the field of geriatrics Driving license B and ability to drive a minibus Proficiency in spoken and written French as well as mastery of IT tools Dynamic, listening, flexible and organized personality Ease of communication and collaboration Creative spirit, autonomy and sense of initiative to develop stimulating and diversified activities.
