What you can achieve

• You support the management of the Distributionsgebiet Kriens and the support team with administrative and personnel tasks.
• You act as a central interface between employees, managers, HR, and Case Management.
• You are responsible for sickness and accident matters of the Distributionsgebiet.
• The recruitment and support of new employees in delivery is also in your hands.
• Maintaining personnel deployment systems, evaluating personnel data, and implementing measures in the area of safety and health protection are also part of your tasks.
• You organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions and create valuable exchange opportunities for all participants.

What you bring with you

• You have gained initial experience in human resources or in employee leadership or want to develop yourself in this area.
• As a central hub, you meet your colleagues at eye level and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• You are a reliable and trustworthy personality who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• You have completed training as an HR Assistant or are prepared to complete this training promptly.
• You are extremely PC-savvy and knowledge of SAP applications is an advantage, but not a must – we will support you during the induction.
• Very good oral and written German skills round off your profile.
