Sales Inside Engineer / Bid or Tender Manager (m/f/d) – 80-100%

Your tasks

As a Project Manager in Sales (m/f/d), you are part of the international sales team and, together with the field service, ensure that the best offer for our customers in the pharma sector is developed. Your main tasks include:

• Analyzing the tender documents of our customers
• Development of a technical solution concept for systems in the Life Science market (GMP and GLP environment) in cooperation with Sales, Engineering, Production and commercial specialist departments
• Analysis of the technical and commercial risks and creation of the evaluation matrix
• Creation of calculations and offers
• Participation in customer meetings (in-house, telephone conferences or on-site)
• Handover to project execution (participation in the kick-off in-house or at the customer)
• Comparison with product management regarding frequent inquiries / market trends and definition of new options for the price list

Your profile

We are looking for a technically trained employee with a high interest in business management contexts. You should bring the following:

• Technical basic training as well as further training as a Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH/ETH or scientific studies
• Comprehensive experience in plant engineering, professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological environment is an advantage
• Experience in the creation of technically complex offers, basic knowledge in project management is an advantage
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge, Salesforce desirable
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Strong communication skills, as well as ability to work in a team
• Committed, independent and reliable way of working
• Willingness to travel (max. 20% predominantly Europe, partly worldwide)
