Tasks ## • You ensure high-quality care according to current nursing and treatment standards and, as the person responsible for the day, take over the efficient delegation of tasks to employees of different competence levels. • In daily nursing care, you take responsibility for complex nursing situations and, as a primary caregiver, are the central contact person for relatives and third parties. • You support, accompany, and promote apprentices and students from various educational sectors in the health and social care sectors on their way to developing their competencies. • You contribute your own ideas and take on shared responsibility for the implementation of departmental goals. • You make an important contribution to ensuring a high quality of care and actively promote interdisciplinary cooperation.
