Scope of work 100% Contract unlimited Entry date 01.11.2026 Tasks • Readiness for deployment in various kitchen positions in a team of 2-3 employees, including trainees • Preparing, cooking and serving all dishes • Independent provision of mise en place • Ordering and goods receipt control in their area of expertise • Assisting in designing the offer and contributing personal ideas • Main place of work: à la carte bistro with an average occupancy of 30-50 guests per service • Deployments in catering and production • Compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations according to ISO Requirements • Successfully completed training as a cook/chef • First experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy/hotels • Negotiation-secure German.
