Job Description ##

• Holistic care and support of the residents
• Responsibility for the nursing process as well as nursing documentation
• Professional implementation of medical orders
• Contact person for relatives as well as interdisciplinary cooperation
• Participation in quality development and the promotion of high nursing quality

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit) EFZ.
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
