Specialist Operating Room Technology Private Clinic 80 - 100% Zürich

As a Dipl. Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF or Dipl. Fachmann Operationstechnik HF, you will take on much more than instrumentation during surgical procedures in a privately managed specialist clinic in Zürich. With a workload of 80 to 100%, you are responsible for instruments, material, OR logistics, sterilization processes, and the organizational preparation of the entire operating area. The position is available immediately or by arrangement and is aimed at experienced OR specialists who wish to combine predictable surgical days with a high degree of professional independence.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Independent instrumentation and assisting during surgical procedures in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery and facial surgery
• Organization and ensuring a smooth OR workflow during predictable surgical days
• Overall responsibility for instruments, material, and OR logistics
• Coordination and control of external sterilization including quality assurance and completeness
• Responsibility for ordering and inventory management in the OR area
• Ensuring and further developing hygiene and quality standards
• Close cooperation with a specialized surgical team

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Expertin oder Experte OP Technik HF or Technische Operationsassistentin oder Technischer Operationsassistent TOA
• Several years of professional experience in the OR area, ideally with high personal responsibility
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Structured and independent way of working with high organizational competence
