wasserbau.plus GmbH is looking for a technically strong and entrepreneurially minded foreman and/or project manager for demanding construction and renovation projects in and on the water.

Your tasks

Independent management of hydraulic engineering projects from preparation to acceptance

Calculation, preparation of offers, work preparation and scheduling

Technical and economic responsibility for the projects

Leadership and coordination of the construction site teams

Procurement and disposition of personnel, material, machines and partner companies

Preparation and control of reports, measurements, supplements and invoices

Contact with clients, authorities, planners and specialist agencies

Ensuring quality, occupational safety, costs and deadlines

Support in the further development of our work processes and services

Your profile

Technical or manual training in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, special foundation engineering or a comparable field. Diving experience.

Further training as a construction manager, foreman, technician or comparable qualification is an advantage

Several years of practical experience in the construction industry

Good knowledge in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering or renaturation

Experience in calculation, construction site management and invoicing

Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility

Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of Swiss German

Driver's license Cat. B, BE and D1

Valid excavator certificate

Boat master's license Cat. A or willingness to complete this within three months
