To further develop our psychological-psychiatric offerings, we are looking for a committed Registered Nurse FH or a committed Registered Nurse FH with a focus on psychiatry, who enjoys actively helping to shape mental health in the digital space. You work via telephone and video-based in an online setting • You conduct structured assessments of mental state as well as risk and need assessments via telephone, especially in cases of crisis, suicidality, or psychosocial stress • You triage patients according to referrals by doctors, health consultants, or other professionals from santé24 into suitable internal or external offerings • You support patients in dealing with symptoms, in coping with everyday life, in self-management, and in the activation of personal resources • You instruct patients in online self-help training, accompany their progress, and promote motivation as well as adherence • You work closely with psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, as well as other internal and external partners • You document professionally in the electronic system and participate in quality assurance as well as the further development of digital care offerings What distinguishes you ### • Completed degree in Nursing FH (BSc) or an equivalent recognized training with a focus on psychiatry • At least five years of professional experience in psychiatric or psychosomatic care, ideally with experience in crisis and risk management • Competence in nursing communication, crisis intervention, Motivational Interviewing, or comparable approaches • Enjoyment of working in a digital setting as well as confident communication in video and telephone counseling, as well as very good user knowledge in electronic documentation • A structured, independent, and responsible way of working as well as high communication skills and empathy • Resilience, decisiveness in demanding situations, and the ability to prioritize and escalate appropriately • Interest in conceptually co-developing and actively shaping a new role within santé24 • Very good German and French skills; English and Italian skills are an advantage Your place of work ### Zürcherstrasse 31, 8401 Winterthur or Aeschenvorstadt 56, 4010 Basel
